" First of all it was a good feeling that company wise innovation has started in a big manner. I was very much happy to say that my projects were shortlisted. And once we were in the bazaar, never expected that so many participants will turn out. It was a actual knowledge portal where I was very much in discussion with many participants and I was delighted to share my projects to many of my colleagues / my seniors and to the Senior management people. Above all, very very happy to receive the runners up prize for one of my short listed project in the initial innovation bazaar event which makes me more delight. " Implementing our innovations was a challenging task for our team; we too found that it was equally challenging to prepare our exhibition stall to express our innovative concepts through pictorial depiction in banners, to declare the benefits through posters & brochures, to display photos & videos to take our visitors to Mr Perfect locations in Hosur & Kolkata, live demonstration of our newly launched techniques in jewellery manufacturing etc., Our team work was seen in not only implementing our innovations but also in setting up our stall.We salute the Organising Committee for their stupendous efforts in a short span of time."
